IN STORE POLICY

- Any tweaks that need to be made in the hair after appointment are welcomed up to 5 days after service has been made or changes will be applied.

- All serves/products fees must be paid in full on day of service or product pickup.

- We appreciate that all cancellations are minimum 48H prior to appointment.

- Same day cancellation fees require 50% of your cancelled service fee which must be paid before re-booking future appointments.

- No show clients require 100% of your previous appointment fee to be paid in full before re-booking future appointments.

ONLINE STORE / RETURNS POLICY

- All products/orders must be paid online for any order to be sent out.

- All returns/exchange are accepted up to 5 days after purchase.

- Must have proof of purchase from this store with ID

- Must be unopened and unused.

- Offline Payments (CASH ON PICKUP)
